Wagering Requirements at X3000
By Henrik Åström, casino analyst — updated August 2026
The wagering requirement — rollover and playthrough are the same thing under different names — is the condition that turns bonus money into money you can actually withdraw. At X3000 the welcome offer carries 35x the bonus amount and a 14-day window. Everything else on this page follows from those two numbers.
Bonus wagering explained: the formula in one line
Required turnover equals bonus amount multiplied by 35. Note what the multiplier attaches to: the bonus, not the bonus plus your deposit. That distinction is worth a lot of money and it is the first thing I check on any offer.
Turnover means the sum of your stakes, not your losses. If you stake 100 kr, win 90 kr back and stake that too, you have generated 190 kr of turnover. The counter never moves backwards, which is why a balance that recycles a few times clears far more of the requirement than the deposit size suggests.
Three worked examples in kronor
The welcome offer is 100 percent up to 3,000 kr on a minimum deposit of 200 kr, so these three cases cover most of what players actually claim.
- 200 kr bonus — 200 × 35 = 7,000 kr of stakes. At 2 kr a spin that is 3,500 spins; a couple of focused evenings.
- 1,000 kr bonus — 1,000 × 35 = 35,000 kr of stakes. At 5 kr a spin, 7,000 spins, which is a realistic two-week project rather than a weekend.
- 3,000 kr bonus — the maximum, 3,000 × 35 = 105,000 kr of stakes. At the 96 percent RTP typical of the slot lobby, that volume carries an expected cost of about 4,200 kr, which is more than the bonus is worth.
That last line is not an argument against the bonus, but it is an argument against claiming the biggest one you can afford. The small bonus is the one most players finish.
Game contribution: not every bet counts fully
The clearing rate depends on what you play. The published contribution rates at X3000 are:
| Game category | Contribution | What a 100 kr bet actually counts as |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 100% | 100 kr of wagering |
| Crash games (JetX, Balloon) | 50% | 50 kr of wagering |
| Table games and roulette | 10% | 10 kr of wagering |
| Live casino | 10% | 10 kr of wagering |
| Video poker | 0% | Nothing at all |
Read the right-hand column twice. A 100 kr bet on roulette counts as 10 kr of wagering, so clearing a 1,000 kr bonus at the table would take 350,000 kr of stakes instead of 35,000 kr. Video poker contributes nothing, meaning the balance can drain to zero without the counter moving a single krona. If you intend to take the bonus, clear it on slots and go back to live casino afterwards with real money.
The 14-day time limit
The clock starts when the bonus is credited, not when you next log in, and it runs for 14 days. Whatever is unfinished when it expires is removed along with the winnings attached to it. Divide the target by 14 before you start: a 1,000 kr bonus means 2,500 kr of stakes a day, every day. If that number does not match how you actually play, decline the offer — a bonus you cannot finish is not free money, it is a deadline attached to your own deposit.
Bonus balance versus real money
The two balances sit in the same account but behave differently. Real money is yours: you can withdraw it whenever the payment method allows, subject only to verification. Bonus balance is a conditional credit — it plays like cash, but it cannot leave the account until the 35x is done, and the winnings it generates inherit the same lock. X3000 also caps what bonus winnings can pay out at 10x the bonus amount, and limits stakes to 50 kr per spin while a bonus is running. Both rules are detailed on the bonus terms page.
In practice the account plays real money first in most setups, so check the cashier before assuming a session is eating the bonus rather than your deposit.
What happens if you cancel the bonus
You can drop a bonus mid-way, and sometimes you should — if the requirement is clearly out of reach, cancelling frees the rest of your deposit for a normal withdrawal. The price is that the bonus balance and every krona won from it disappear at the moment of cancellation. The same thing happens implicitly if you request a withdrawal while wagering is unfinished: the system treats it as forfeiting the bonus.
So decide early. Cancel on day two while your deposit is largely intact, not on day thirteen after the bonus has already carried the session.
Common questions about rollover
Is the 35x calculated on the bonus or on bonus plus deposit?
