How to register an X3000 account
By Henrik Åström, casino analyst — updated August 2026
I opened my own account on X3000 the way I open every account I write about: with my own money, the minimum deposit and a stopwatch running. The form took a little over two minutes and the balance was live after a 200 kr Trustly transfer. The parts that take longer are the ones no banner shows — document checks, the wagering clock, and what happens when a field refuses your details. This page is the registration hub of an independent review site: I am not the operator and cannot open or unblock an account for anyone.
What the sign-up form actually asks for
The form is short by Nordic standards. To create account access you supply an e-mail address, a password, your date of birth, your full name as printed on your ID, an address and a mobile number. Currency is preselected as SEK — leave it there, because a balance in kr avoids the provider conversion spread of roughly 1.5–2.5 % that you would otherwise pay twice.
The button that starts it is labelled Sign Up, and the same button doubles as the invitation to join from any page of the lobby. Nothing exotic is required to open account: no notarised paperwork, no minimum balance, no invitation. The one hard gate is age — the platform is 18+ and the date of birth you enter has to survive a later document check.
Registration step by step
- Open the operator site and press the Sign Up button in the top corner of the lobby.
- Fill in e-mail, password, date of birth and mobile number. Keep the currency on SEK.
- Enter your name and address exactly as they appear on your ID — this is the field pair that decides whether verification goes smoothly in three weeks.
- Tick the terms and the age confirmation, and decide there and then whether you want the welcome offer. Opting out later is easier than opting in later.
- Confirm the address: an e-mail with a link arrives within a minute, and a code goes to the phone number you entered. Both belong to the same email/phone verification step.
- Fund the account from the cashier. The floor is 200 kr on Trustly, Skrill, Paysafecard and cards, 300 kr by bank transfer and around 250 kr in USDT or Litecoin.
- Set a deposit limit before your first session. It takes fifteen seconds now and is a formality with a cooling-off delay later.

Login, sign in and a forgotten password
Once the account exists, the header switches from Sign Up to a login field. You log in with the e-mail you registered and the password you chose; there is no separate username. If you sign in from a device the platform has not seen before, expect a one-time code by e-mail or SMS — a precaution, not a warning sign.
The forgot password link sits directly under the entry fields and sends a reset link to the registered address; it expires quickly, so open it on the device you intend to play on. Account access is never restored over live chat, because no agent at a licensed operator will ever read a password to you.
Account verification: KYC, documents and timing
Account verification is triggered before the first withdrawal rather than at registration, which is why so many players meet it at the worst possible moment. To verify account ownership you upload documents in the account section: a photo ID — passport, national ID card or driving licence — and a proof of address dated within the last three months, typically a bank statement or a utility bill.
The operator states a handling time of up to 24 hours; across my own submissions the range was 3 to 18 hours. Photograph the document flat with all four corners visible — a cropped corner is the most common reason a KYC upload comes back for a second attempt. Once the check clears it is not repeated.
The registration bonus and the welcome package
The sign up bonus at X3000 is a classic match bonus: 100% up to 3,000 kr on the first deposit, with a qualifying minimum of 200 kr. There is no promo code on registration to hunt for — the welcome bonus attaches automatically to the qualifying transfer, so the only decision is whether you opt in before depositing or keep a clean balance. A bonus on sign up with no deposit attached is not part of the standing offer here.
The conditions are where a first deposit bonus is won or lost. Wagering is 35x the bonus amount over 14 days, the maximum stake while a bonus is active is 50 kr per spin, and bonus winnings cash out at up to 10x the bonus amount. Slots contribute 100%, crash games 50%, table games and live casino 10%, video poker nothing. The welcome package also carries 100 free spins worth 1 kr each, released 20 per day over five days. Full arithmetic sits on the welcome bonus page and under wagering requirements.
Mobile registration and app registration
Mobile registration uses the same form, fields and rules as the desktop version — only the layout changes. If you register on mobile through the browser, nothing is installed, the SMS code is picked up automatically on most Android handsets, and BankID hands you straight back to the form.
App registration is available on Android, where the operator distributes an APK for Android 7.0 and newer; there is no App Store application for iPhone, so iOS players use the browser and a home-screen shortcut. Create the account in the browser first and only then download app files — a mistyped e-mail is easier to spot on a full-width page. The installation route is covered on the X3000 download page.
Cannot register: restricted country, blocked account and other problems
When players tell me they cannot register, the cause is almost never a broken form. The three regulars are age, geography and duplication: an operator must refuse anyone under 18, must decline a restricted country its licence does not cover, and enforces one account per person, so a second registration on the same name, address or payment instrument is rejected automatically. A misspelt surname produces the same silent failure.
An account blocked immediately after sign-up usually means a verification hold or a suspected duplicate rather than a final ban. Only the operator can look into it: write from the address you registered with and describe the exact step that failed. A registration problem caused by a self-exclusion registered elsewhere in the same group cannot be lifted by anyone until the period ends — see the self-exclusion page.
