Paysafecard at X3000
By Henrik Åström, casino analyst — updated August 2026
Paysafecard is the only method on the payments hub that works in one direction. You buy a voucher for cash, type a 16-digit PIN into the cashier at X3000, and the balance moves — but nothing can ever be sent back to that PIN. That asymmetry is not a flaw the operator invented; it is what a prepaid voucher is. Understood in advance it is a useful budgeting tool. Discovered on payout day it is an unpleasant surprise, which is why this page spends as much time on the withdrawal as on the deposit.
How to deposit with Paysafecard
- Buy a voucher. In Sweden they are sold at kiosks, petrol stations and convenience stores, and online through the official Paysafecard channels. You pay cash or card at the counter and receive a slip with a 16-digit PIN.
- Sign in at X3000 and open the cashier, then select Paysafecard.
- Enter an amount of 200 kr or more, within the value on the voucher.
- Type the PIN exactly as printed. It is case-insensitive but unforgiving about digits — one wrong character and the code is rejected outright.
- The balance credits instantly. Keep the slip until you have seen the money land.
How withdrawals work when the voucher cannot receive money
A Paysafecard PIN is a bearer code for a fixed amount of prepaid value. Once it is spent, it is spent; there is no account behind it and no balance for an incoming transfer to arrive at. So a withdrawal to Paysafecard is not slow or restricted at X3000 — it is technically impossible, at this operator and at every other one.
What happens instead is straightforward. When you request a payout, the cashier asks you to nominate an alternative destination: Trustly, Skrill, or a bank transfer. Trustly is the sensible default for a Swedish player at 0–2 hours, Skrill takes 1–3 hours, and a bank transfer 1–3 banking days. Minimums follow the chosen rail: 200 kr for Trustly and Skrill, 300 kr for bank transfer.
This is also the one documented exception to the closed-loop rule, which normally forces money back along the path it came in on. The rule exists to stop funds being laundered through a change of payment method, and the operator satisfies it differently here: the nominated destination must belong to you, in your name, and it is verified against your KYC file before anything is sent. In other words the closed loop is not waived — it is closed against your identity instead of against the payment instrument. That verification is worth completing early, since a voucher player has no card or bank record on file from the deposit side to lean on.

Limits and fees
X3000 charges no commission on a voucher deposit. The practical limit is the voucher itself: single vouchers are sold in fixed denominations, and combining several PINs in one deposit is not always supported, so plan the purchase around the amount you intend to play with. Payout ceilings are the platform-wide ones, applied to whichever method you nominate — 50 000 kr per transaction and 200 000 kr per rolling month. Note also that a hard cap on what can enter the account is precisely the appeal of this method for anyone using the tools on the responsible gambling page: cash spent at a kiosk cannot be topped up impulsively at two in the morning.
When something goes wrong
The PIN is rejected. Usually a misread digit, a voucher already partly spent, or one bought in a different currency region. Retype it slowly from the original slip before contacting anyone — the receipt is the only proof you have.
The voucher is worth more than you want to deposit. Residual value stays on the PIN and can be used later, but keeping the slip safe is entirely on you. A lost PIN is lost money, with no account to recover it from.
The payout destination is refused at verification. The nominated bank account or wallet has to be in the same name as the gaming account. If it is not, the request will sit unresolved; live chat answers in around 2–5 minutes and will confirm what is missing.
